We begin by unpacking 5 Core Convictions as a foundation for our work, we then discover 4 Resilience factors that mitigate against toxic stress and support our growth.
Finally we learn together how to navigate our own and other’s nervous systems by grounding ourselves in a holistic understanding of 3 Nervous System States.
This foundation sets teams up to use our Mind Mapping process to problem solve from a creative and compassionate perspective.
