SBC- Trauma Responsive Lens Course- For Educators
This 7-week course is designed to deepen your understanding and practice of trauma informed care principles in an effort to create a trauma responsive team and culture.
We begin by unpacking 5 Core Convictions as a foundation for our work, we then discover 4 Resilience factors that mitigate against toxic stress and support our growth.
Finally we learn together how to navigate our own and other’s nervous systems by grounding ourselves in a holistic understanding of 3 Nervous System States.
This foundation sets teams up to use our Mind Mapping process to problem solve from a creative and compassionate perspective.

Module 2: Conviction 2 and Conviction 3

Module 5: Resilience Factors: Sense of Belonging and Mutually Enhancing Relationships
Welcome to Week 5 of Soul Bird’s Trauma Responsive Lens Programming! In this Module, you will find 12 lessons that will dive into the ideas of Sense of Belonging and Mutually Enhancing Relationships.
Module 6: Nervous System States
